As an experienced supply chain manager Guido has set up European production strategies which have contributed to achieving overall business goals. He has expanded several initiatives for and in co-operation with production, marketing but also Global and European MT in the area of planning, innovation and cooperation, with an impact on the business. High on the agenda is active communication, motivating and stimulating people as a result oriented professional.
