Isabela is responsible for warehousing, transportation and inventory planning for Terumo BCT EMEA. She manages the EMEA third party warehouses in Belgium, Spain, and Turkey, with focus on cost savings and service level improvements for direct markets and distributors, covering more than 80 countries. She drives and support continuous improvements in EMEA supply chain, by liaising with Terumo BCT plants located in US, India, Japan, Belgium and UK. Isabela is a key participant on the SIOP process and on the Regional and Global Tender Committees, to ensure proper allocation based on capacity, revenue and strategy.
