Ken helps healthcare businesses streamline their order-to-cash processes. In other words, he solves the problems associated with keeping track of all customer communications by automating manual processes to reduce errors, improve both cycle times and increase customer satisfaction.

Ken has 19 years’ experience with Business Process Management, Integration and EDI technology during which time he has consistently worked to ensure that businesses find solutions to do more than just improving their processes: but actively make their business work better, through innovation. He started his second career as a technical consultant implementing EDI solutions, and has been able to get the most out of technology ever since.
