Verena, as Head of CLS Operations, is responsible for the strategic alignment, steering, coordination and management of BIOTRONIK’s global distribution logistics, where applicable across business units. She is responsible for achieving customer satisfaction as well as assessing and implementing continuous process optimization leading to an adequate cost structure within global distribution logistics from storage of sterile products and trade goods to end-customer in line with BIOTRONIK’s defined service levels per business unit. Operations includes the process of receiving customer orders and returns, the storage and dispatch of sales products as well as internal and external distribution warehouse and transport management.
